Swollen ankles and feet

I’m 35 weeks. My calves have been swollen but I took off my shoes when I got home today and noticed my ankle was literally huge, like a giant knot like golf ball size, and the tops of my feet were super swollen as well.

Is swelling like this cause for concern?
