Just had their baby it is about to..

I am wanting a natural birth with only laughing gas this time as my last I used an epidural and now that I've seen the size of that needle I don't want it again.. not only that the risks that come with if ( I also heard it can cause ongoing back pain as we age) what did it will you choose and why?
