Why does it hurt so bad😭😭😭

I tried to put a tampon in for the first time and I can’t even finish inserting the applicator let alone the actual tampon itself. Does anyone know why it hurts so bad???

Relax, take smaller size and are you just practicing or you already have a period? Wait till there is more blood and try again. It is easier to insert first time that way.

Lube like ky jelly can help.  I have difficulty with tampons being painful to insert and I'm 32!  I usually wear pads cause i don't want to deal with it!

You're probably using the wrong size/putting it in incorrectly.
