Is my period coming or not?

So I had protected sex jan 28, and now I'm 6 days late according to one app and 4 days late according to the other. I took a test tonight, negative. I'm gonna take one tomorrow morning to confirm. I feel like I have full cramps coming and going. Idk what's going on. I'm definitely under alot of stress so I'm hoping that's it. Any advice? Insight? Tips? Would be much appreciated. xx

Stress can definitely delay your period! Try to relax, your body will do its own thing! If it still doesn’t come, wait a few days and take another pregnancy test.
