7th round of femara, day 4 of ewcm, negative opk, cancelled iui

The list goes on, this should have been our 3rd iui on femara but the doctor cancelled our cycle because of too many follicles. One on the left and two on the right. She was worried if I took the trigger I would ovulate from all of them. She recommended we try on our own this month and hopefully get 1-2 babies.

The problem is I don’t remember having this much ewcm, I guess because the trigger shit forces ovulation I have only had it for a day or two. So worried we will miss it. We have been bd every second day but I just want to be sure. Has any one had days of ewcm like this without a positive and still

End up pregnant?
