Super heavy flow

So I’ve been on my period for about three days, today I woke up and put on a super tampon about an hour later I had soaked not only through the tampon but through my pants. Since this morning I’ve gone through a super tampon every hour for the past three hours. Should I be concerned about this enough to go to an urgent care or maybe just a heavy cycle? I’ve also constantly had anemia since my teen years which is why loosing too much blood freaks me out 🙄
