I need opinions..

I'm 16 and have had my period for about 4-5 years now since I started and wanna know if anyone has had the same symptoms as me. Has anyone ever had really bad cramps and headaches in between when you're not on your period cause for the past few days I've been feeling like I need to throw up and bad stomach cramps. Usually in the morning or dizziness during the day. I dont know if this is unusual or common among others.
