Sorry for the post again but please give me insight

Yesterday and today I had such a bad itch all over my arms and hands, on my back too. I dosed them up in itch lotion the DR suggested and they told me to call back with any more symptoms to go in, well for the past two hours I’ve had a terrible pressure headache in my head with my face flushed and red, is this another symptom? Should I call them back and go in? Or wait until tomorrow I’m so scared and confused I get upset when my body is having weird things going on 😩
