8 DPO

so tomorrow (feb 18) i will be 8 dpo according to the glow app. is it possible to get a positive pregnancy test? i’ve been having a few cramps here and there but i’m not sure if it’s pms or implantation. if i am pregnant i’ve been having a few early symptoms since possible conception such as tender nipples, sore boobs, fatigue, being light headed, dizziness, and nausea. i usually only have sore boobs right before my period. my period is due on feb 24th. i’m just really really anxious to know what’s going on with my body and this waiting game is awful! i’ve taken a few tests, all negative. maybe it was too early?
