Insecure Mummy Body
Hi ladies,
Mummy to a beautiful baby girl which pregnancy was a breeze with But! Yes but! I HATE my postpartum body. Mind you it’s been 7 months since I’ve given birth, but my body is filled with stretch marks, I can’t wear short clothing because of dark marks behind my thighs, my stomach still has very bad pronounced stretch marks. My boobs sag. My stomach is flabby. I feel like shit honestly. I don’t have time to go to the gym but thinking of maybe buying small weights and a waist trainer and working out at home for maybe 30mins-hour. But I feel so unattractive. It’s depressing.
