36 weeks with a severe UTI prayers needed

I went into labor and delivery friday night because I had those most sever lower back pain and started vomiting. They checked me in had me pee in a cup. The nurse came back stating my urine sample looked really bad and that I have a severe uti that has spread to my kidneys. They gave me a IV and pushed through some antibiotics. I was also prescribed antibiotics which I started saturday. My symptoms are not getting better. Today I felt decent and thought maybe I was getting better but now my back hurts and I'm extremely uncomfortable. And it still burns when peeing!! Has anyone dealt with this? I would love some advice I'm being induced Monday the 24th for hypertension
