Pp weight loss

Currently 3 weeks pp with baby three. I gained 36 lbs this pregnancy, my heaviest so far (33 with my first and 32 with my second). I lost 16 lbs within the first week of coming home, but have been stuck the past two weeks at the same weight.

I'm breastfeeding, which I also did with my oldest kids. I typically eat around 1500 calories a day. I drink about 80 oz of water a day. I eat fruits and vegetables at almost every meal.

I'm not cleared to workout yet, but try to move when I can (not always easy with 3 under 4).

Any tips to move the scale? I don't want to cut my calories too much. I'm producing about 6 oz every three hours... babe eats about 2-3 oz, when I offer a bottle of expressed milk.

I don't eat red meat. The only dairy I eat is cheese.... Which I cannot give up 😬.
