Pooping alot late pregnancy??

Very sorry for the less than lovely topic...but needed to know if others went through this..
Im 36 weeks and 5 days and for the past week i have been pooping alot and getting a sore tummy to go to the toilet a couple times a day.
Is this a sign that i might be going into labour???

With my first I was actually really constipated because of her head being aligned with the birth canal at that gestation, but with my second(a good week or so before my water broke) I was going #2 a lot so I knew labor was near. It’s quite possible that’s the same for you, I’d double check with your OB though.
