Help so confused!

So I’ve had a roller coaster since January 28th. First let me start with my partner and I have been separated for close to 6 months, he’s been out of the country tending to his mom who is ill with cancer. He came home 12/17 and left again 1/17. In this time we had sex a lot! Multiple sessions every other day. I hadn’t been tracking my ovulation or ttc because husband has been away.

I had very tingling breasts and migraines that wouldn’t go away. I took a test on Jan 28th and got a vvfl. I kept the test and the following day it looked like a legit blue positive. I tested the following day with first response and got a vvfl but there. I was very excited and the next evening I started spotting very light pink. Then it turned to red blood on the darker side filling a pad, for nearly two days. I usually have 5 day periods so that was very short. I assumed I had a chemical pregnancy. I tested again over the next few days and I got negatives on one first response and two digitalis. I was 100% it was an early loss. Well this Sunday I was at work and my breasts again had the tingling feeling and I was sleeping 10 plus hours a night. I thought maybe because my schedule had been all around the place, healthcare. I bought a test Sunday evening and took that night, I got a skinny positive right away! Then it disappeared!! I couldn’t believe my eyes I was panicking and left the bathroom came back to take a pic and gone. I tested again the following afternoon and this time a thick vvfl but didn’t show up in 5 min window more like 15, there is color.

I guess what confuses me the most is why I’m not getting darker lines this far into cycle 2?! Last bleed/ period 1/29/20. I haven’t had sex since my husband left 1/17.

Anyone had some crazy experience like this?!
