Exercise..!?

I’m 9 weeks and I am a dance teacher, I have always been very active and I dance almost everyday. I don’t wanna do anything to hurt the baby, my doctor told me I could keep dancing like normal. When I got home tonight from dance I had some cramps in my stomach and it made me super nervous. I’ve been taking it easy at dance but sometimes I forget that I shouldn’t be doing as much. Is cardio and ab workouts fine to do?
