Hiya, so I was on the depo shot for about 2 years and stopped having periods completely...

About 5 months ago was when I had my last shot and the next time I was due one I didn’t take anything and left it there ( due to my body and hormones I just wanted to get back to normal) after two months I started with spotting and slight bleeding, then after a week of that on and off I finally had a week of a normal period.

However I haven’t had another on since. I have done pregnancy test consistently and the are all negative! I am now 29 days late since my last period and no signs of another is coming.

(Going back to when I was on the depo before I stopped it , I have 2 experiences of bleeding after sex for no reason at all and bad pain in my left side of my ovary of which I had a cyst removed 2 years ago- I have had a scan and apparently there is no cyst that has come back and at the time they said everything was normal)

Should I be worried or is this just want to expect ???
