This was crazy

In my class today this dude fell asleep twice, was sitting up both times. I talked to him after and he said he’s got sleep apnea but hes got a sleep apnea machine and got sleep last night and isn’t tired at all. I’m taking psychology and we JUST learned about narcolepsy. I told him that looked like narcolepsy and he should go to his doctor and get checked out for it. Cuz you don’t fall asleep while doing activities if you’re not even tired. I told him this cuz if he’s got it he can’t drive for 6 months every time he passes out. Thankfully he didn’t drive to school. But it was crazy and I feel like I helped cus idk if he even knew what narcolepsy is. Also we watched a video of what passing our with narcolepsy looked like and while he didn’t face plant onto the table (he was sitting) he completely fell asleep while we were doing math
