Leg pain?

Question

35 weeks today. Serious leg pain tonight. It feels like restless legs but it’s super painful and only my left leg.
Anyone else deal with this? Does anything help?

I had that yesterday! It was horrible. I elevated my legs and slept with a pillow between them. It went away in the middle of the night. I’m not sure if it was cause i was on my feet all day but they are better today. Sorry! It was miserable!
