Faking an orgasm

Okay so I’ve been having sex for about 4 months now and have only ever had one sexual partner. We’re not dating but we are very close and it’s more than just a friends with benefits relationship. Anyway I got really tired of him asking me in the middle of sex “are you gonna cum?” And I still have never had an orgasm and am starting to think there’s something wrong with me and I could tell it was hurting him that he wasn’t getting me there. So this weekend I faked it for the first time and he was so so happy and now he expects me to orgasm so I faked it again today. Should I tell him the truth because I feel really guilty now but I want him to feel good about himself too. The sex is still amazing I just don’t get an orgasm.
