Definitely not. Haircolor is okay but perms are completely different chemicals. The gas that is produced by the solution is not something you want to breathe in right now. And a lot of times the hormones that are coming out through your follicles will negatively interact with the perm chemicals.

I was set to get a perm after finishing breastfeeding in September as a treat at end of October but then I found out I was pregnant so cancelled.
I just remember reading this post when I was pregnant with my son....
Woman was in first trimester around 10-12weeks and had a perm, had a miscarriage shortly after. Scared the shit out of me.
Another one was someone bleaching their hair at 6 weeks and had a miscarriage but that could've be coincidental.
