Has anyone ever had their due date changed later in the pregnancy? Like third trimester?

I’ve been measuring at least a week and a half ahead for months. But this last 2 sets of appointments I have been measuring 2 weeks ahead by ultrasound and fundal height.

Based on my LMP I should be a week ahead, but the early ultrasound dated me a week behind that.

My doctor is already concerned of my baby getting too big and getting stuck (my last baby got slightly stuck at 8lbs 3 oz). So she is already considering induction at 39 weeks or C-Section.

My question is, why can’t she change my due date by only a week and still induce at 39 weeks?

I’m 33 + 5 and measuring 35 + 5. My baby was measuring 5lbs 12oz as of 33 + 3.

I did have a premature baby my first pregnancy at 34.5 weeks and he was 6lbs 4 oz.

my second boy was induced at 39 weeks and was 8lbs 3 oz.
