hi yall!

i have a question. this is my 2nd pregnancy, i am 19 weeks pregnant. with my first, i worked 8 hr shifts in an eye clinic, and they let me sit around a lot taking pictures of the retina. any time i needed to put my feet up, they let me. i ended up giving birth and never went back to that job. i stayed home until my baby was 11 months old. i decided to start randomly applying just for fun and i landed a very awesome job at my local hospital, working 12 hrs a night. literally a few days later, i found out i was pregnant 😭

so here we are. im 19 weeks and my feet are already starting to swell. ive been outta work for about a month now because i had surgery, but i will be going back next week and im kinda freaking out.

im just wondering if anyone works 12 hr shifts, and what do you do to keep your feet from swelling? any shoe recommendations? (i wear crocs)
