Angry baby!?

Ok I’m scared and feel sad for my baby. She gets so angry so fast. She hurts herself when she gets upset.

A few min ago She was sleeping on me and I was holding my pee for a long time so I wouldn’t wake her. She started to wake up so I laid her on the bed and rushed to the restroom. She was crying and very upset. When I picked her up blood was coming out her mouth. 😰 this is the second time she makes herself bleed bad. The other day she cut her lip. She’ll scratch her face. I try to keep gloves on her but they fall and I keep putting them back on. I filed her nails as much as I could. is this normal?????? FTM what can I do? Do your babies do this?
