Do I need to go see a doctor or notify my OB??

I’m almost 31 weeks pregnant and my cat got her paw stuck in her cage and was in pain I jumped up to help her and she bit me hard! I felt her teeth break my skin and she drew blood with 4 holes in my hand. I’m worried about my baby, I’m a first time mom and so tired of being worried about absolutely everything. But I heard cat bites can be serious

If your worried.. for peace of mind maybe call the doctor or ask at a pharmacy. When I was 20weeks my dog nipped my lip breaking the skin and I was asked to pop up to be given antibiotics as a just incase

Yes, go to the dr. Because even if your kitty is indoors and up to date on vaccines, their mouths harbor germs, and teeth create deep puncture wounds that are harder to keep infection free. I wouldn't stress a whole lot about it, but you should seek medical care typical for wounds like this. 
(This coming from a crazy cat lover, so please nobody assume I hate cats!)

I would call your ob/gyn to be on the safe side. Animals have a lot of bacteria in their mouths and the risk of infection is too high since you’re pregnant

Clean it with soap and water and keep an eye on it. It will probably swell a bit but that's normal (look up what causes swelling around broken skin, it's pretty neat). I wouldn't go to the doctor unless it gets really bad. I've had quite a few cat bites and they always heal just fine
