Does eating almonds make breast milk more creamy ? Ever since I switched to almond milk, and eating almonds for snack I noticed it’s more creamier ! Is this true? Does eating almonds make it more creamier/ increase it ? ￼

I have read that it does. I’ve been drinking almond milk daily now and noticed my milk is a lot creamier as well.

Deffinitely to do with healthy fats. Making your milk more fatty (which is good and more filling for your baby) the other way isnt bad either. But when I switched my diet over it became fattier milk and my boy would go like longer without a feed :)
