Are cramps okay?

I’m 10 weeks and I’ve been getting mild cramps here and there at night. It’s nothing like period cramps and it’s not constant 
Everything I’ve seen talks about miscarriage and cramps.. are cramps

Yes it's normal. You'll have cramps throughout cause you'll be stretching and your uterus will be growing to accomodate baby. They'll happen just about each week cause your body is constantly changing.
