Crotch issues

I’m 31 weeks and have been feeling totally fine thus far!! But tonight while I was in the shower, out of nowhere my crotch got like that “lightening crotch” feeling, not horrible but pretty uncomfortable feeling, and one side of my hoohaa is definitely swollen. I’ve never had this happen before. Anyone have any insight??
