I think I have endometriosis but I'm not sure where to start. I have had an abdominal ultrasound and I am seeing a digestive health doctor. So hopefully I'm taking steps in the right direction.

You need to have laparoscopic surgery to diagnose endometriosis. But starting with a transvaginal ultrasound is the first step. Although that won’t show Endo, the doctor can’t just tell you you have it or not, you have to have surgery and they have to see it to diagnose
