How to keep the happy mindset and be comfy with body?
A year or two ago my weight was 115. Im now 165~170. I’m afraid it’s getting out of control but I fall off my cycle of happy exercise and eating when with my bf because he has a really fast metabolism and eats a TON. Pls give me tips or advice : ( I’m really freaking out...
