If so, when do you plan to reintroduce dairy into your diet. I have several questions LOL

I just started the ready set food to introduce dairy over 3 days then maintenance. I wasn't dairy free but feel more comfortable introducing this way.

My ped recommended I introduce processed packaged dairy around 4 months. That went well so I can eat all the tricky dairy that you have to look close at. I’ve tried other overt fairies and she hasn’t tolerated it (7 months old)

Omg me! I was planning on starting with things that have milk in them , rather than going straight for milk, cheese right off the bat. I'm thinking when my baby starts to sit independently. My reason for dairy free was her reflux, so I think sitting up will help reduce reflux more. We'll see 🤞 I'm also going to talk to her pediatrician.
