HCG numbers?

Question

Went to the Er for bleeding 
Based on temping I should have been 4 weeks 6 days
Ultrasound showed no sack. 
HCG was 990
2 days later at about 44 hours difference it was 1660
When i asked if I was miscarrying his response was “not yet” 
Waiting on OBGYN to get back to me 
Any advice/hope?

Using an online calculator, your levels are doubling every 2.7 days which is in the range of 2-3 days it’s meant to be.
Gestational sac appears around 5 weeks so it may just be too early to see anything.
It sucks but it’s a waiting game now.  You hear often of women who don’t see much on an ultrasound but then go back in 1-2 weeks and see a baby with heartbeat 🤞

your levels almost doubled but not quite. this seems fine to me. that doctors response was less than sympathetic but unfortunatly ER doctors aren’t always the greatest with sympathy and pregnancy. i hope it goes well. and yes tour way too early to see anything yet although i understand you’re concern try to not stress out. i only seen the little heartbeat flicker at 6+1. i can’t imagine it’s an easy thing to wait and wonder but stay positive !

It’s a still early at 4 weeks to see anything. I would go back for another ultrasound in a week to see progress.
