Dr. Advice

I feel like my doctor is not being thorough and not taking me seriously. I have had 2 miscarriages. (Live birth, miscarriage, live birth, miscarriage) after this last miscarriage I asked my doctor if there is anything we can test to see why my body is not supporting the pregnancy, and she said “there’s nothing we can look into at this point. Either you have it or you don’t. If you continue on to have 2 or 3 more miscarriage me then we can see if there’s something going on” why do I have to risk losing more pregnancies before they will see if something is wrong? Should I switch doctors or is this just standard and I’m overreacting?
