We all call breakfast, “breakfast”
We all call lunch, “lunch”
But do you call it “dinner” or “supper” ? 🧐🤨🤔

Usually we just call if tea 🤷
apparently as British like to confuse the fuck out of people so if you hear someone saying "what do you want for tea?" we aren't asking you what kind of tea you want to drink we are asking you what you want foodwise 
Although just to confuse the situation and little bit more, is also not uncommon have tea as sort of an after-dinner thing where you eat sort of leftovers for lunch. In the hospital I was in we had;
breakfast- 8am to 9am
lunch- 12pm to 1pm
dinner- 4pm to 5pm
tea- 9pm to 10pm
But usually tea is usually just what people will day instead of dinner

The biggest meal of the day is "dinner." If the evening meal is the main meal, it's breakfast, lunch, dinner.  If the noon meal is biggest, it's breakfast, dinner, supper. But I think which of the two naming systems you use is a regional thing now. I used to hear my grandparents call dinner “supper” or dinner. It can be interchangeable depending on where you were raised. In the Caribbean we usually eat dinner around 4-4:30p. 
In the US, because of my husband & my work schedule, dinners not eaten until after 6p. I push for a little earlier on weekends when I’m off from work but still have household duties to take care.
