OMG *facepalm * ( help)

Ok so my husband and I well sometimes we get drunk and sometimes we are not vary smart. But I know we have had unprotected sex but we did use the pull out and pray method. 😑😑😑 yeah yeah I know it probably wasn't the best idea we have ever had. Well now my period is late. And he said the funniest line ever "BuT I PuLlEd OuT I dIdENt cUm IN YoU" that was the moment I did a facepalm in my head but he refuses to get me a pregnancy test. So how can I tell him that you can get pregnant with pre cun and it only takes seconds and I cant just "ClEaN OuT tHe CuM" someone help me explain to him that's not how it works. ( yeah he needs to take a womans helth class)

Slight insight: I am a stay at home mom to my 6 month old and we share 1 bank account. And he makes all the income and I would feel like I am stealing if I just went out and got one.
