Sleep experts?
Hi everyone,
Has anyone had trouble staying asleep and entering deep sleep/REM? I have no trouble falling asleep anymore but since cutting out meat I do not go into deep sleep easily or for long periods at all. Average sleep score is 65 and I sleep 6-7.5 hours with at least 1-1.5 hrs spent awake during that time. I have tried all herbal remedies, non-verbal (which I don't prefer), I exercise regularly in the mornings, don't drink any caffeine and have a bed time routine with minimal to no screen time.
Not sure if the diet change has changed my sleep and body's needs or if something else is wrong?!
I do struggle with anxiety and I have been TTC for 11 months with no success. All tests are clear and I am considered very healthy.
