How do you take your baby out a majority of the time now that they're around 6 months?

Just wondering what you ladies like to do. My baby has been awake in stores lately and likes to look around but I usually put her in the car seat in the stroller because i like to cover her up to keep her away from germs and people, but i think it's time to adjust :)

Ring sling for short outings, the double stroller for long outings. I also have a cart cover for grocery shopping/restaurant high chairs

We have a happy baby carrier. It’s light weight, can be worn front and back, and easy to pack into the diaper bag. If we’re shopping, I wear him on the front. He gets to look around and stay close in a way that discourages people from touching him.
We took him to the zoo recently and I wore him for over 3 hours without any pain from his 20 lb self. Which is definitely a bonus.

A huge mix yet.  If he’s going to nap, the car seat in the stroller.  If he needs stimulation, just the stroller.  If he’s clingy (like right now during a leap) then the carrier.  My back is getting a bit exhausted by the carrier now so I need to get something a bit more supportive now.  I’ve been using the baby ktan.

If we are out running errands it's usually the car seat in the stroller simply out of convenience. For groceries we do car seat in the shopping cart. 
If we are going for a walk from home or at a park/zoo, we'll do the actual stroller seat since it gives him more room and a better view.
