I’m having heart palpitations and my fingers are slightly swelled. I can’t get my heart back to normal. I would hate to go in and feel stupid. I’m 36+6 days. The labor and delivery line no one answers so I don’t know what to do

I’d rather go in and feel stupid than to sit there and freak out and it get worse. Better safe than sorry

Ps there is no looking stupid when your concerned about your baby. The nurses have always reassured me it’s not a waste of time for them or for you if you feel you need to be there (assuming your not a Hypochondriac or in there everyday over every little thing)

I deal with heart palpitations even when I’m not pregnant and sometimes they just takeoff and keep going ...try to make sure you are not dehydrated or stressed out because they just get worse!

Go in, you shouldn’t be worrying at home. They won’t mind xxx

Does your doctor have an on call number? I would try that. I get upset when I go, look stupid, and get sent home.
