Do you think the dip I had at 7DPO could be implantation or is that just an estrogen surge that doesn’t indicate implantation? 🧐

Its impossible to tell until you either get your period or find out you're pregnant. Mid cycle dips happen on all types of charts.
Also, I think you ovulated one day later than it says

I also agree that ovulation was one day later. I also don’t think of anything as a “dip” unless it goes down to or below the coverline. Otherwise I’d say it’s a temp fluctuation which just happens.
