my mom and my hickey

sooooo, in about 20 minutes i’ll be going to get a spray tan... obviously when i get my spray tan i’ll be naked besides my underwear, i currently have a hickey on my boob from my boyfriend and i think i’ll absolutely die if she sees it. i need help and advice how to approach this... help please?
