Best teething medicines?

I’m looking for good natural teething medicine. I bought the nuby soothing gel but it didn’t even help at all

Teething gel is not recommended. Theres some really nasty stuff in them and natural ones (if they exist) wont do anything. Use thawed frozen wash cloths, breastmilk/fruit popsicles (idk if formula works), teething toys, and if needed tylenol.

I like infant orajel day and night and teething toys. Him/her always taking tylenol and motrin is not the answer but that's just me
