PCOS & ovulating

So I have PCOS we've been ttc for about a year and a half now. I haven't ovulated in that time, we've got me on metformin had one period then it disappeared again 100 clomid did nothing, 150 clomid did nothing. Induced period with progesterone, and tried letrozole this cycle (5.0) and I think I actually may have ovulated! My OPKs spiked (not a positive but spiked for me!) And then they tapered off which usually they stay in the .10 - .15 range on premom app. This time they've gone back down to almost non existent second line! So I'm hoping that's a good sign! I have a progesterone lab today to see if I did. If it's negative then my Dr wants a retest in a week just to be sure and if after that it's negative then we'll go up to 7.5 letrozole and go from there. I'm trying not to get my hopes up like every other month I have, but I'm cautiously optimistic!!!

Update: CD 23 blood test for progesterone was 0.3 so negative for O. Dr said she wants me to go back in a week I believe to retest in case I O'd but late. If that's negative we will move on to the next cycle.

Update 2: didn't ovulate on 5.0. Got my period 1 week late, but didn't need to be induced.

Update 3: started letrozole 7.5

Update 4: I GOT A POSITIVE opk!!!

Update 5: waiting for my progesterone lab to come back to confirm O, but I known I ovulated because...
