Group B Strep & Labor

So I was going to ask this question at my appt today but totally forgot. I was positive for Group B Strep with my daughter and given antibiotics during labor. I was also induced with her due to losing her sister before her.

My question, I get tested for it this pregnancy at my 36 week appt in 2 weeks. If I do test positive will I be able to labor for as long as I can at home? Or do I need to be at the hospital like right when labor starts for the antibiotics.

I would love to go into labor naturally with my son since I don’t HAVE to be induced this time. As well as labor at home for as long as possible. I’m having a very hard time coming to terms with being away from my daughter for the first time. She’s almost 3 and I’ve been a stay at home mom. She can’t visit during labor. I don’t trust a single soul with her 100% other than my mom, who will be in labor with me. She will be with family members that I do trust, just not like my mom.

So advice on leaving her for the first time & to my actual question is so very much appreciated. Sorry I’m rambling. I’m so close and it’s all hitting me.
