First pregnancy resulted in miscarriage yesterday, any advice?

Hi ladies, a couple weeks ago I posted my BFP. Yesterday at 7 weeks I suffered a miscarriage. I’m absolutely devastated. For anyone else who has been through this, what did you do to help cope? How soon after did you start trying again? How long did it take for you to conceive again? After trying for so long this pregnancy was such a light in such a rough journey ...now this.

Have you started trying again? My dr recommended waiting for one full cycle to try again. I think that after you get pregnant, it does a little reset to your body and pregnancy is easier after! It took us almost a year to get pregnant with our daughter and the when we tried again, my cycle was spot on like textbook almost and we conceived the first month we actually timed things with my tracking. I did have an MC at the end of January; I thought I was about 10 weeks but baby only measured about 5 weeks with no heartbeat, so either it stopped growing at that point or it just grew very slowly. I had a medically induced MC as my body was not doing it on its own, and since then I have been all over the place (you can follow me and read my posts if you’d like). I’ve been bleeding for 3 weeks now since I got what I thought was my first period after the MC. I talked to a nurse yesterday and she recommended I take a pregnancy test, as this could be another MC. We had intercourse once in the two weeks that I wasn’t bleeding (it was like 2 days after I stopped bleeding) and I guess we could have gotten pregnant at that time. Positive tests this am confirm that we just have, and I know it was too soon (less than a month after the MC and I know my body wasn’t sorted out yet and we should have been more careful).
