Blood pressure ?

At home it’s been ranging from different from 172-75 to 134-84 I know the first looks normal but should I be concerned about the higher numbers like  134-84 ... I have a history of preeclampsia and with my last I had a emergency c section at 26 weeks due to it turning into HELLP so im terrified it’s going to happen again and didn’t know what I should be watching for 
like my blood pressures with my last were 180/110 or higher I know it’s not that high but I don’t want this is be a sign it’s starting to get high or if other ladies had this as a blood pressure and everything was good ?

You should call your OB we typically want your BP to be below 140/90, 120/80 is what we call text book perfect. If the top number is 140 or above we consider that high, and if the bottom number is 90 or above we consider that high. Now every office has different policies so its best to call your OB.

180/110 is extremely high.  My son was born early due to preeclampsia at 25 weeks 1 day. And my doctor wants me taking an extra medicine for anything over 150/90. Do they have you on BP meds? And have you spoken to your doctor about your blood pressure’s?

Mine told me to call for anything over 140/90 and so far it hasn’t been that high like I said the highest its been was 134/84 just didn’t know if this was a bad sign preeclampsia was going to happen
