Headaches at the same time every day?

I’m 16.3 today. For at least the last week I’ve been getting headaches every day around the same time every evening. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never had this issues.

With my 1st, a girl, I had pregnancy induced high blood pressure and this was an issue I dealt with but they were constant headaches. I was put on medication and ultimately had to deliver early due to related complications.

Zero issues with my second, a boy, I was super healthy and active. I even lost a ton of weight due to healthier eating and daily excessive. My doctor said it was fine and since the baby was growing normally to continue.

This is my third. So far I haven’t had any complications at all but the headaches have me worried.

Any advice or experiences? Help!
