Wondering what happens

I am posting this to ask if any of you know what happens after you've had a child you had signed rights over for.

Parental rights were not striped away from the parent, had willingly(reluctant) signed over cause was told any future children could be taken right away if parental rights were to be stripped from..

So what happens to future children after a parent signed rights away...?

Going insane thinking about it...

Need answers, so post the state that you all are referring about.
