Drinking While TTC

We are TTC and I’m nervous about drinking alcohol and not knowing if I’m pregnant or not. I don’t have regular cycles at this time so I’m having a very hard time telling when I’m ovulating.

I’m a little bit of a health freak (aside from my glass of Prosecco once a week in the tub) and I’m just really nervous that if I have a glass and I don’t know I’m pregnant something bad will happen.

So I guess my question is when you were TTC did you not drink at all?
