Freaking out here...need opinions!

So I’m 39, have had 3 miscarriages, n now I’m 5 weeks prego. One normal symptom I’ve have been having is cramping but today I had an extreme sharp pain in my left ovary. I went to the restroom a minute ago and I notice a few red clots when I wiped. Wiped a few times n nothing but brown was on the toilet paper. I know brown can be ok but the red clots n on n off sharp pains are worrying me. Yesterday I set up my first dr visit for March 17 and tomorrow I will be picking up my progesterone suppository pills to begin taking. Thoughts, advice, opinions??? 😢

Update: cramping n bloated pretty bad. Sore nipples. N now I have thin blood when I wipe. 😢😔 I will be calling the dr when they open.
