How to tighten "pooch" after 3 kids?
Hi ladies,
I am 5.5mo pp from baby #3.
I am just wondering how to tighten up the baby pooch or skin on that area? My thighs are also like this. I am fine with the stretch marks etc. But why do I have to be so flabby?
I have been going to boxing class weekly for a month now. We do lots of core tightening etc. But I see no tightening of that area. Is it a lost cause and I just have to accept it?
