Is it possible to get your period 3 wks pp?

Question

I know you are supposed to bleed legit like 6 wks. But mine stopped and so did my cramps, than came back today and tiny drops of blood. Not even worth more than a tissue in my panties lol. ( don’t like to waste the giant diaper pads) 
Anyways and I straight up feel my ovaries hurting and my back hurts.
I don’t normally get periods more than once or twice a year ? 
And I never have period or pms symptoms. 
3 wks seems fast like really fast ?

If you are only having periods 1 or 2 a year due to PCOS or some other health condition hormones can change and your cycles could change as well. However pp bleeding can stop and start for up to 6 months. So it’s really hard to tell. You won’t know for sure until you establish a regular cycle.
